The Coachwood Senior Mobile Home Park is located in Simpsonville, a suburb of Greenville, SC. The Park was developed in the 1970’s and is still owned by the family that created it. They live on the premises.

The park is about ten acres and there are 55 units. The residents own their own units and at least one of the owner-residents must be 55 or older. Many of our residents have been here over 10 years and some near to 20 years.

Subsequently, we don’t have a lot of openings at any particular time.

Included in the ground-rent is water, sewer and weekly lawn maintenance.  Each unit typically has two parking spots. An automobile canopy and small shed may be added at the resident’s expense.
